I agree. I thought they would be state bound this year. Other upsets would have to be Hatton-Northwood, I had them as the Team to beat in region 2.

Hatton-Northwood and Central Cass were both inconsistant teams this year. I would say Park River was the team to beat in Region 2. I dont see Griggs County having enough fire power to keep up with them. In region 1 I think Wyndmere-Lidgerwood should be favored to win tonight. I have seen both Lisbon and Wyndmere play and Wyndmere looks like the better team BUT anything can happen. How about Region 4? Harvey is undefeated going up against Langdon. Harvey schedule wasnt the strongest this year. Should be interesting how they defense Langdon's big hitters. I would give the edge to Langdon.
Didn't both Griggs County Central and Hatton-Northwood beat Park River-Fordville-Lankin this year? Yes, they did.

Not sure how I came up with H-N getting the nod as the team to beat. Oh thats right they were the number 2 team in the region last year and returned the dynamic trio of Staskivige, Paulson and Johnson.
