And I'll take Powers Lake over Stanley by 10+.

Wish I could have been able to see the first game to make a prediction. I remember seeing Mandaree at the B in 2010, and I'd love to see them back! Powers Lake would be a great story too, though. Could be their first time in any state tournament since 1954 (C), or first time in the B since 39! I'm looking forward to watching!

His attempts at humor were way off base (asking the COY what tribe he was from and encouraging parents to let their kids run around the event center while they went to the casino?) He basically tried everything he could to make the awards ceremonies about him and not the awards. Just my opinion.

Would it still be funny if a white announcer had asked a Native American coach what tribe he was from? To me that showed complete disrespect for the coach who won the COY award.

I think you're making a mountain out of molehill here. He MC'd our district tournament in White Shield too, and I can't think of anything he's said I'd qualify as "disrespectful". It's humor.
