So if I read this write....

Richland should walk to the finals and it should be Kindred and Central Cass battling to play Richland.

I see Richland and Kindred with Richland 58-48

I don't see any upsets the first round, I think it falls right in line with the seeding.

Richland and Kinnerd in championship

Favorites all won in the quarterfinals, Richland, Fargo Oak Grove, Kindred and Central Cass. Some drama especially in the Richland-Lisbon game.

I cant stand watching Enderlin play anymore. Why do you play 5 out with 3 kids over 6'4"? Multiple times their "best" player had 16 inches on a kid and they settled for outside shots. They will never go anywhere until they change.

I understand how that can be frustrating, it doesn't sound like their style of play matches their physical makeup, that would drive me crazy too. But 16 inches must either be a typo or an exaggeration. For the sake of those who weren't there, what was the actual size advantage on the match-up you're talking about?

Extreme exaggeration as kindred has no one that is 5’ 5”...they have Keller who is 6’8”

I agree 100%. I understand getting kids ready to play at the next level but again when you can have a 6 foot guy guard a 6'9 kid on the perimeter?? he can D him up. There is nothing any team can do if you post up 3 feet from the basket with 2 monster kids. Guess what.... from there they can also rebound. By the way for a few minutes Kindred did have a 5'9 guarding 6'9. and the his reach i am sure it was over 16 inches.

Should be 2 really good games. I'm going with Richland and Kindred but both games should be really fun to watch.

6’9” athlete had 11 points, 16 boards and 6 blocks while guarding and being guarded by a 6’8” player most of the game; won’t deny though both big kids need to get stronger and more coordinated! Was very impressed with their 8th grader that started last night. In the end, it was a fun game to watch and Enderlin nearly made the comeback being extremely short-handed.

I agree 100% that there is room for this team to improve, however they are very young and hopefully as they mature some of the mental errors will go away. After watching many of their jv and varsity games this season I didnt see another group of sophmores and freshman that are even on the same level with this team as a whole. The jv was undefeated until injury and other situations caused some players to play less jv quarters for more varsity minutes. I am 100% sure Enderlin will be a force in Region 1 the next 3 to 4 years.

Well I think the Kindred and CC will have plenty to say about Enderlin dominating this region the next 3 to 4 years.
Let's not forget JV time is time for kids to get chances to play and work on different things. It is not all about winning those games. Many JV's will play 10 or more kids.
By the way I would take the 8th Grader on my team any day. I think he is the best player on the floor for Enderlin.

I agree they wont dominate just meant they will definitely be in the mix. There will be good competition for them with Richland having 4 outstanding starters returning as well as central cass and kindred returning some really good athletes.. and we all know oak grove can never be counted out whether they are undefeated or 0-10 to start the season. And yes the eighth grader is very impressive.. tons of natural talent and the bright lights didnt seem to scare him last night. Will be fun to see how it all plays out in the years to come

LOL...I agree.Hard to watch..Had some tough luck this year with injuries...to many turnovers also..and then lost a few players in the end due to getting in trouble...but who knows, maybe "Someone" can figure it out.. I say they got 3 more good years to do so... When the 8th Grader Carson Bartholomay gets to be a junior and Hurlburts are both over 6'9 and are seniors.. hopefully They are playing down Low and not outside chucking up 3s...Those 3 will be dominate if they work on it...right now..I say Bartholomay is gonna be the better of all 3 ..put some muscle on those boys and its gonna be VERY hard to do anything against them. Dixon kid will be better than his Brother, kids got hops already, good at defending.... Guess we gotta wait another year and see if "They" can figure it out.
