Hey Run4fun2009 will you be post the schedules like you have done in the past?

I know they must take a lot of time but I sure would miss them if you didn't. You are the GREATEST
this is the first place I go if I want to find a score or the standings.

Thanks

I also would love to see the bb schedules and results posted for the 2018-19 season. I rely on that each year.

You can find them at the website listed in previous post...if there were more than 24 hours in a day then maybe I could make time but working 4 jobs (1 being that other website) and trying to 'have a life'...I just DO NOT have the time to type in the schedules here anymore. All the schedules, final results and standings are on www.northdakota-scores.net

The two other 9th graders played major, major minutes last year. Kindred is one of the favorites to play in the state championship, a middle of the road team from a weak region shouldn't give them a game. I thought it played out exactly how it should have.

I agree with claiming youth . . . . there is a huge difference between being "young" and being "inexperienced".

Seen Kindred play other night, they are not as dominant as people think, region 1 is very down though and shouldn't have a problem, side note freshman from Richland had 41 last night

If you can't handle their pressure you will struggle. Having quality guards against their press is key. Oak Grove lost one of their senior leaders and guards this past weekend and didn't fair too well last night. I see flaws with Kindred but they are still the favorites in Region 1.

Glad i didn't take your advice about kindred not being dominant so i drove an hour and half to watch probably the best game of the year kindred vs tompson. Triple overtime and the game could have gone either way.

was Thompson/Kindred game streamed by anyone? ND Sports Channel would have got a good audience for that game (better than what they probably got for girls hockey, anyway)

I don't think it was streamed, and from what I heard, no radio coverage either. Too bad.

Thompson vs Grafton tonight. Predictions?
I don't believe Grafton has beat Thompson since 2012.

Thompson didn't play "bad", but definitely had trouble scoring at times. I think it's safe to say missed layups were the difference for them. THS definitely gave up too many lopsided runs. Down by 5 at half and then gave up a 7-0 run to start third that they never got out of. To their credit, they got within 2 late but ended up down 4 or 5 in the last minute. The Sieben girls don't miss free throws so it was 9 point loss at the end.
Grafton is a very talented young team, all their players can score from anywhere. A few key 3-pointers really helped them keep Thompson from building any momentum. And from the looks of their JV, they will be pretty solid for quite some time.

It was a decent game to watch. If they meet again, I'd expect another close one. Lots of talent on each side - last night was Grafton's night.
