What coaching jobs are opening on the girls side? Few I have seen are:

Good idea for a thread.
Feels like Oakes has had a few different coaches the last 5-6 years.
Unless North Border hires a previous HC this will be their 4th coach in 4 seasons.

Luke Bush was not renewed by the Board for head basketball coach. Kelli Trudeau will be the new head coach at Northern Cass.

It is a little harder to motivate kids I guess because they’ve been pampered so much. We’re in the trophy generation, give ‘em a trophy for 23rd place, make ‘em feel good. Make mom and dad feel good.” Tom Izzo, Michigan State Basketball

You can add Midway-Minto to the list. Not sure what they're expecting. Zikmund did a good job.

Outside of NDSU have any of the other positions been filled?

MM AND MPB have been filled assuming the other have too, just not sure on the names.

Beau Diegel was hired as head coach for Linton-HMB. He was assistant for LHMB boys for past 3 seasons.

I received a message on Twitter from him stating he was the new head coach for M-M and if I needed a schedule for the upcoming year (on one of my many pleas this summer).

Yes Todd B. He has helped out in Grafton in recent years. I am sure he’ll do fine MM has a little talent returning but I am a Fan of Josh Z.

any insight on why they got rid of Zickmund(sp)? I said it earlier, but I thought he did a good job too.

I personally don’t know.

As in helping out in Grafton, it wasn't at the varsity level. He coached 7th grade basketball, big difference between that and varsity!!
Was a fan of Zickmund, parents ran him out. They don't understand that their in a region with Thompson and Grafton!
