Bottineau and rugby could split and have their own JR gold teams

Jr gold needs to move to the HS level Class B or whatever you want to call it. Split the coops up and give them their own HS programs.

A team has to play at their level. Park River , rugby Bottineau, etc are good class B hockey. A lot of history between Bottineau and PR. We need to do like MN. Two class system works. You don't see the coops if the program has enough players. And obviously MN is better when it comes to participation. Proves it works.
