Josh Knutson ran a 10.51 in the 100 meter dash! WOW :D (State Record is 10.44) It won't be posted here because it was at a JH/JV Track Meet at Tioga on 4-21-16. He has also qualified in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles and is the 4th leg of the 4x100 relay that has the 2nd fastest time so far in Class B. Great things are ahead for the DLB track team. They have great athletes that cover many events. The boys team took 2nd place at the ND Indoor Meet in Fargo and only had 6 athletes participate. These guys are versitile and very fast. They have only one senior (MOAN) on the team! Names to look out for are:
Knutson Soph.-Hurdles..Sprints...Relays
Medalin Junior-200..400 meter dashes...Relays
Akers Soph.-Relays...High,Triple and Long Jumps
Lopez-Sprints..Relays
Moan Senior-Shot Put
Play for the name on the front of the jersey, not the name on the back.

Freshmen and Sophomores(Knutson is a Soph.) are considered JV. I'm not sure, it was probably the coach's call.
My guess would be the coach wanted the points so the team would win the meet.
