It's kind of sad when the number on team from 11 gets knocked out in the first round of regionals year after year. And in GBB, with all those talented private schools and just close-to-Minot schools, the District 11 winner really doesn't stand much of a chance. Boys' is a different story, but that's beside the point.

Shiloh clearly was the better team that day, just the refs(which i hate saying refs decide a game) clearly had a previous mind set on that game, the last 5 minutes clearly showed this(5 times in a row, ryan players took over 3 steps while NOT dribbling the ball, humm, isn't that travel? And i recall Hannah clearly fouled 2 players in that same time frame but nothing was call because( in the words of Ryan's coach,,"refs shouldn't take out the best players in the game" which was said on the radio when asked about the refs after the game). Thompson didn't play team ball at state(except one game) and yes maybe i had them a little high at the end, but polls reflect the season as a whole(or am i wrong)

I don't think District 12 is the best district as a whole in the state...they have the best team that is all.
District 2 is much better then 12 as a whole with Kindred, Maple Valley & Central Cass...and Region 1 should be quite the tournament with the addition of Sargent Central & Fairmount/CT to the mix.

Maple Valley was missing Von Bank but not to discredit Richland...they are playing really good basketball this year.

Does MV play Sargent Central tonight? Kind of a big game for MV to see if they can bounce back.
