My definition is no more than 80-100 in 9-12

k...the rough average among all class B schools is 115 for enrollment (9-12)
There are 'roughly' 51 schools with an enrollment of 100 or less in ND (9-12)

So then I'd say 100 is the cutoff for small. But maybe a better question is where is the cutoff between medium and big?
