MWL and the Illies are not deep enough. To beat Lisbon, not only will a team have to be strong on the track, they have to be strong in the field. Most forget this meet is won in the field, not the track.
Girls - MWL. Reviewing the early season results, this shouldn't be close. Looks like Lisbon is down and OG must've either graduated or have a lot of girls hurt. They had three distance aces and a sprinter who were not listed at the state indoor. Kindred and Sargent County have the ability to make some noise. Unlike the boys, the girls team race is always competitive.

For girls, Oak Grove's sprinter (Tessa Krueger) goes to West Fargo now. I'm not sure why Forness is the only distance runner of those 3 still left running. Maybe Run4Fun knows.
Don't count out Central Cass for boys... they might not win it as a team, but they'll do well. They have Jacob Mogen in the sprints, Logan McLean in the high jump and Chris Taylor in the weights. They should have some strong relays again this year as well.
And Central Cass has the same issue as Oak Grove as far as girls doing other sports... we have fastpitch softball, golf and JO volleyball that takes a lot of girls away from track.

Yes also how they post their qualifying times on the state site as valid after running on a track that is short.
