District 5 is WAY weaker than District 6. The sure Champion will be from District 6 and both teams in the championship WILL be district 6 teams.

District 5 is WAY weaker than you are saying that all the District 6 teams will win?? jw...
but in my opinion you need to watch out for L-M-M...don't count them out!!

Well ellendale is still in it for D-5, but I don't see them beating Linton tonight. I could only listen yesterday, and it sure didn't sound like the LMM I saw at the end of the Dist 5 tourney. I thought they looked enough like last year's LMM that I picked them as the upset to go to state. I put them in on the KMAV u-pick-em contest so now I''m toast in that bracket for two more rounds. What happened? sounded like they missed just a ton of serves which should not be happening in a varsity regional tournament.

You're right. Ellendale probably won't beat Linton tonight. Linton was the sure power house from the beginning. However, in regards to your comment about LMM being the same as last year's LMM-are you serious? Last year's LMM had everything together, and this years was so up and down. Not to mention the loss of five seniors, within that five contained one of the best outsides, libero, and middle blocker this region has ever seen. LMM was too young of a team this year to be in comparison. However, I was very impressed with Valenta stepping up to be such a great middle hitter this year, and of course Van Bruggen has always been one to watch. I think this team has a lot of potential next year too, whereas Linton will be losing a great number of stars.
Anyway, I pick Linton to be at the top this year, but next year I really think LMM could pull it off again. Napoleon will be pretty swell also.
