I would have to say yes, Hankinson was ranked most of the year and Lisbon has 8 loses

Lisbon has come on very strong during the second half of the season. They have won 10 of their last 12 I think it is. They also had Northern Cass beat and made one costly mistake in the last seconds of the game to lose. They also beat a tough LMM team. They could pull some upsets in the Regoin tourney with the momentum they have going.
