personally i think that they need to just pick 10 teams, not any of the tie stuff, just pick the top 10 and if your close your close, but dont have any ties

It has to do with votes. Those that vote pick 10 teams and because there are apparently few that vote it is easy to have ties near the bottom. As you see they are all tied for 9th with nine points.
Also notice that 6 of the 16 teams listed are from Region 2.

hillsboro is getting some love now that they beat DP who has slowly been dropping down in the poll. i think that DP will start to pick up their play now that J. Gillett is back... drawing double-teams away from Kristie is enough for now until she can get back into the swing of things.
