North Dakota Preps

As of 1-1-23 - My opinions on a Top 10 for those in the middle and lower class of the 3-class proposal enrollments
**Middle excludes the TM, DL, VC & Wahp as it is impossible to compare those teams to the others in the middle**

Middle Class
1. Shiloh Christian (8-0)
2. Rugby (7-0)
3. Thompson (6-1)
4. Carrington (8-0)
5. Northern Cass (5-1)
6. Central Cass (4-2)
7. Grafton (5-2)
8. Kindred (5-1)
9. Bottineau (6-3)
10. South Prairie-Max (5-2)

Lower Class
1. Kenmare-Bowbells (6-0)
2. Garrison (8-0)
3. Central McLean (5-0)
4. May-Port-CG (6-1)
5. Hatton-Northwood (7-0)
6. Oakes (3-1)
7. Bowman County (5-1)
8. Glen Ullin-Hebron (4-1)
9. North Prairie (5-3)
10. Our Redeemer's (6-1)/Westhope-Newburg (6-1)

A middle class would be interesting on the east side of the state. Wahp, DL, and VC aren't great this year. It's possible they would get shut out of the state tournament. They would probably get one, but unlikely to get two of three IMO.

Against 4 of the worst EDC teams (Horace, VC, GFC & DL); the only one that is worse that they haven't played is South (who lost to Kindred 87-36).
The EDC is really poor this year after GFRR, Davies & WF...Sheyenne, Shanley and North are average.

Wahpeton would likely make State in the middle class this year...I don't see DL or VC being much of a factor with CC, Grafton, NC, Thompson, Carrington, Kindred in the East.
