You have my vote! Only upset I would like to maybe see would be in the 2nd round where CC wins and takes the Tourney. So flop 1 & 3 but I don't think that is going to happen.

I'm pulling for Langdon, I hope Scheer sends a picture of himself with the trophy to PR for their trophy case.

Why would Scheer have any bad feelings toward PR. The Langdon coop with Edmore, which was pulled off by the Ronnigens and Freijes because of the lack of talent in Lakota, needed a coach with a daughter who could play BB. Insert the Scheers.

That's what I did. The stream has actually been solid for the first two games so it's worth it. In previous years when the stream was free it was never very reliable so it looks like the Forum upgraded something there. It's a little bit of a bummer that you can pay for cable to have WDAZ/Y and still have to pay to watch it on line... just wanted to be able to watch during work. Kind of making you pay double there just because you're not watching at home.

G8: Langdon/Edmore/Munich vs Central Cass. This will be a tight one throughout and the Cards get a little breathing room late. Cards by 7.


CHAMPIONSHIP: #1 LEM vs #2 Grafton: Both teams playing great ball late in the season and it's another close one. I'll take Cards by 3 (Cards won by 7 in regular season).

CC beats LEM by 10 tonight. Grafton beats Trenton.

Wife and I are trying to decide if we should drive over tomorrow and watch the finals. Will see if there are calves on the ground or if I am safe to leave for the night.

I seen that one coming! When our JV played them this year those 9th graders smoked us and Smith was in the lineup. Even though she is still on the edge of control she has come a long way this season. Fun to watch! Ref asked our Coach if we had even had a practice yet. (Not cool) I don't think the ref at that time understood how good these girls are.

when Kindred didn't make it in I thought some folks (not even associated with the team) were going to need counseling...we definitely saw why CC beat them or lets say had the potential to ....I don't like seeing the same teams year in and year out....these are the type of Headlines I like

stuff like this will become much harder to achieve as time goes on......

Trenton's Point guard is the real deal and the team is tough
Mitch Carlson (played against him in HS) is a very good coach and when he makes it as often as he has its because of his program and not because hes close to some big city!

CC looked impressive last night and I think they will be a tough out for LEM. With a young, fast paced team in CC I think LEM's press will be the difference. I think it's close throughout but LEM wears them down in the 4th and still wins by double digits.

I'll be rooting for Trenton in the other semifinal (small town guy), but I think Grafton will be just a little too much.

LEM's defense didn't let up and ended up winning them the game like it has all year. It's the best part about the Cards game even with major foul problems early their subs are solid defensively and stepped up. Curious to see how they do against Grafton with great outside shooters but an actual inside presence that CC was missing... both teams are playing better than the last time they saw each other. It should be a great final game.
