who sets the standard for 'classic'?

The one thing that is classic about this tournament is the hospitality room. The food is outstanding. Knoephla Soup, Saurkraut, Brats, Meats, Cheese. Wishek has one of the best hospitality rooms I've seen.

after all of that i would venture to guess the smell in the place is

seems like the east-west lines up with the stutsman and i haven't ever gotten a chance to make it there. with that lineup of food though...at some point i might have to try.
