Good guards coming from NS mixing with decent post players...plus some key role players. I think M-NS will battle for top spot in the District as long as they can gel together. District 1 will be very balanced IMO

Tayer will be the leader of this team. They will go as she goes. Heard she has a bad back, and didn't play much VB this year. Hansana should be option #2, and should be a nice compliment to Tayer. Sandnes would round out the top 3. Lots of role players after that. The District looks very even on paper.

Honestly if everything meshes well I have MNS taking the district.

After watching them yesterday...there is a good amount of potential. Right now there are too many turnovers but once the team meshes they could be dangerous.

Yesterday, they didn't guard the perimeter very well and were beat by a red-hot shooting Oak Grove team (12 3's made). If they can shore up some things defensively and turn the ball over less they should compete well in a wide open District 1.

Right now Kindred & Maple Valley are the favorites.

I agree Run. I saw their first game and heard about their second game. The turnovers made the game close vs Hankinson and they didn't guard the perimeter all to well either. The positive thing I saw was the number of jump balls they forced, but that might attribute to the over aggressiveness on defense they have, which might contribute to their perimeter defense.
