Who does everybody think will be the top four teams from each district and who will win the district?

Weak outside of Steele and Linton, but in district 6 i belive Steele, Linton, Napoleon, and WTPR are the top 4.

District 7:  Wells County, Four Winds, Lakota, and Carrington

District 8: Leeds-Minnewaukan, Cando, Langdon and Adams Edmore

Other than WC, 4 Winds, and LM the Region will be really weak.

who does ellendale have coming back? i figured they would have a long year with losing grant and schlosser (i think schlosser graduated but not sure?)

LMM returns some quality guys who can put up some points. I can't say the same for Ellendale. LMM might suprise a couple of teams.

looking at last year's hoopster, l-m-m returns 6-4 troy brown, cory rodin, trent brandvold, shane hendrickson, jon kendrick, tyler bolme and jake anderson for their senior seasons. i didn't realize they would have that many seniors back.

brown is a stud. a true post player that has good shooting range. i'm always weary of those kind of players as i think the tendency is for them to take three-pointers or jumpers versus bang for rebounds, but i think that brown did a decent job on the boards.

defensively, i have no clue as to how good he is or who he would match up against when l-m-m plays bcn.

realistically, i could see l-m-m making a serious run at bcn for the No. 2 slot in the district. depends on how well they contain sizer, i suppose.

i can't remember if l-m-m and bcn met at the barnes county tournament last season (anybody know?), but i believe that bcn beat l-m-m (at bcn) in the rebels' regular season finale 74-63.

My predictions for district 5

1.LaMoure-cant deny Brandenberg, Holen and Shockman together
2.LMM-some experienced players
3.BCN-Sizer is goona score but its about everyone else
4.Central Prarie-experienced guards although loosing Heinrich hurts

is Fayville going to be back for CP.  I heard he was only a junior but seems like he's been playing for 10 years.

D4:

1. North Border

2. Midway-Minto

3. Grafton

4. Park River or anyone

NB is always there. M-M has a lot coming back. It will be NB and Grafton every year in D4 for a few years to come.

They have one all-district player back. after the top three, the bottom falls out of the district.   that's why i put pr or anyone.
