No, because this is the first year Beulah will be class B. And if you go to the site and click on preseason poll on the top it says 2006-2007 season.

Yeah i agree.  They have a weak sophomore and junior class and their senior class isn't anything special.  All they have is Becker and Zacher.

Becker is going to absolutely dominate Class B basketball... I think he's grown a few inches since hoops season and is going to be tough to stop.

I considered him to be a pretty darn good Class A player last season. Now he is going to be bigger and stronger and going against weaker competition.

Not to say that Beulah will win that Region, but Becker is going to be a monster.
If Beulah would have been in Class B last season, they would have won it in a walkaway IMO.  Peabody and Seifert were both very good players and I think they have a pretty good coaching staff.

Region 4 will be a toss up between Wells County(15-9, lost first round of region) and Minnewaukan-Leeds(16-9, 3rd in region). Both will have big senior classes.

Lamoure will not go... Linton is the favorite so I'm going with Linton or an upset late in the season

They may not have the greatest of standout players but they have a coach a few people might have heard of...Dan Carr. (Father of Mr. Everything Kyle Carr)

bison, you dont always have to try and sound like an a**hole whenever u respond to someones comment.....westhope lost to bishop ryan by 1 last year.....yeah velva lost by 20 each time.....and botno lost almost everyone......westhope had a team pretty much full of juniors basicaly led by michael cooper....really good player........that is why i believe westhope will come out of region 6

Well I really don't think westhope is gonna be that good. They only return 2 starters. Botno has kids that can play. They may not win the region but they will be darn good. Velva has a large group of seniors(around 10 i believe). Those games w/ ryan weren't as big as blowouts as the score showed. Remember, they did beat botno last year by atleast 20 points, more than what ryan beat them. Who does ryan really have besides Vetter? The lose Bojan(their best player imo), their PG bosch, mr. 6'8'' Mayer and their solid bench with wald and huettl. Westhope will have a couple of good players, but they won't have enough all around scoring to compete for the region title.

your cant judge teams by how they beat other teams, go head to head.  last year i saw a team lose to one team who beat another team. then the team that lost ended up beating 4 players from one team who beat a team from missouri who then beat a team with 5 players goin to duke.  Well if you go by that, the team who won the first game could beat Duke, amazing how it works going by that system.

Standing Rock isnt going to walk away with there region either. Turtle Lake is awesome they have 3 senior starters and a junior and sophomore. The junior and sophomore tandem is probably one of the best backcourts in the state too. Id put them up against the packineau brothers.
