Does anyone know what happened in Bottineau lastnight? Did I see the score right? 70-40 over Langdon? Langdon is getting votes and has a pretty good team back this year. Is that the right score?

Bottineau outscored Langdon 30-9 in the 4th to win by 30. Wow.

I saw that Rolla held on to beat Dunseith 73-66 after leading 50-14 at the half. How in the world does a team let a lead like that slip away? I don't think either team is very good.

Bottineau's got a tough squad.
Pretty much the same guys that took second last year plus Kelle Davis (I think he was from Dunseith).
Kirby Johnson may be a Mr. Basketball candidate (even though he really hasn't put up huge numbers so far).
I bet they lose 3-4 more games as the season goes on, but once tourney time starts, they will be tough to beat.
Langdon was overrated IMO. Look out for Bishop Ryan and Watford City to enter the poll shortly.

What does Pingree-Buchanan-Kensal have this year for a team? I didn't know they had a team (no disrespect). What Region are they in and who have they played?

PBK plays in Region 3 I believe.  South Central region with Ashley, Linton and such.  They had a good team last year and I think they opened the year with New Rockford lastyear with a close game.  I think someone told me they are very similar to last years New Rockford team in that they have good athletes and get up and down the floor.  I see they are 7-0 so they must be doing something right.

Who has Minot Ryan been beaten by?  That big kid looks pretty good for them.  How big is he?  How is the Bentner (sp?) kid doing for Divide County?  Is he hurt or was he sick lastweek.  I didn't see his name in the Box Scores.
