Region 7

Hazen vs Bowman

Mott Regent vs Glenn Ullin Hebron

Kildeer  vs Hettinger

Scranton vs Dickinson Trinity

Hazen is a .500 ball club, but very athletic.  Played Bowman to 2 early in the year, 69 to 67.

Glenn Ullin will beat Mott Regent by 20 plus points.  Don't think they played this year but Bowman beat mott by 40.

Hettinger beat Kildeer early in the year by 20 but Kildeer was down their second leading scorer and had a case of the flu

Trinity will beat Scranton by 30 plus.  Scranton only has 5 or 6 wins

i was at the hazen-bowman game and it was very exciting. Didn't it almost come down to 2 free throws by matt bagley. I was on the edge of my seat at that point. I also think that when bowman went on that huge run with a bunch of steals all in a row the hazen coach actually walked out of the gym.

region 6 (i think minot dident have the pairings today)

#1Ryan VS #4Rugby   one of Ryan's only losses, but remember it was the 1st game, and was close (2 point loss i belive)

#2Velva VS #3Glenburn Velva would meet up with Ryan if they both win, remember the 26 point blow out only 2 or 3 weeks ago great setting for the rematch, maybe this one will be closer and more interesting

#3 Westhope VS #2DL-B should be a pretty good game, i see it being close, Cooper and Hall are both good players and should match up will with DL-Bs Clay and Sigurdson, both of whom are having good seasons

#1 Botno VS #4Our Redemmers pretty easy side of the bracet for botno

I think this is how it will pan out, because there was no 3rd and 4th place...jsut a regional qualifier.....and glenburn was higher ranked than Our Redemmers but i could be wrong

Haven't heard much about Region 1.  Anyone know if any of these teams has a chance to turn any heads at State?

:)
Bowman has a good team this year, no matter what anyone says. I think that bowman will be attending state this year well I think that bowman should be going to state this year the deserve it for how hard they have been working this whole year. and When they lost to trinity they didn't show any bad sportsmanship or anything like that so I think they deserve it.

No, you are sadly mistaken. How is trinity bad sports. And dont say their fans because bowmans are just as bad. I know because i talked to one of the players and they said the bowman crowd was saying some nasty stuff to some of the trinity players

It was said somewhere else that there isn't a team in the state that hasn't been accused of having poor sports for fans, I wouldn't take anything that one of our "guests" has to say very personally.
