I am gonna say this district is wide open. It reminds me of 2004-2005 when there was 1 pretty good team ( Langdon) and a bunch of alright teams. This year M-L will easily take the crown and everyone else has a shot at the other 3 spots. I think A-E is playing better the other teams so I will say they will also make it. The final 2 spots will go to M-S and Langdon, but really I won't be suprised to see any other teams in these spots.

I think North Star (Cando) could be a dark horse. They might not make it to Regionals, but could could make it very tough for someone else. Rolla has been up and down and if their shooters get hot, they could make a run. Langdon will make it. A-E has to get more going than just Bylin. Doesn't matter though because M-L will be the only team from this district playing in the Regional semis.
