Region 1 has had some quality dunkers this year - Players with dunks I've seen this year: Hurlburts (Enderlin), Freier (Kindred), Keller (Kindred), Swenson (Oak Grove), Leitz (Central Cass) & Kaczynski (Wynd-Lidg)

From other areas of the state, I've seen some highlights of:
Jack Bright from Garrison (late game alley-oop)
Cole Slaubaugh from Rugby (Several quality dunks)
Garret Meehl from Oakes
Kadin Neppl from Benson County

I'm sure there are more...those are the names I've found through Hudl highlights or live action.

Tandeski kid from Benson County has many dunks this year

FWM has many kids that have dunks off their press. Watched one game in the Ramsey Co tourney and I think there were 4-5 dunks in the first half.

Paul Olson (10th) from Kindred had a great Alley Oop game dunk. Probably the best High school dunk I have seen in person. Kindred has four players right now that all have multi dunks on the year. Game/ Traffic dunks.

Alex Wolfe and Colton Konschak from Hatton/Northwood have had a few fastbreak dunks throughout the season.

Gavin Keller (Kindred) had a nice putback dunk last night in Quarterfinal victory vs. Maple Valley; Freier also had an impressive two-hand flush!

If I recall correctly, an Enderlin player missed a dunk last nite. If so, I'd bet he'd like to have that shot back.

I think you are correct. Taller brother put one down a bit earlier on a fast break, impressive dunk! Then a bit later Joe through the alley oop to Gus. Gus clanked it and the ball went sailing off the rim. Critical part of the game too. Ouch!

I had not thought back to that missed dunk until it was just brought up here. Intriguing given how that game finished. The fact that there is a thread on here about dunking is all the more reason kids would rather dunk than just shoot a routine layup. Although a splash play, the points should always be more important than the flare. Especially late, in a 1 possession game.

I will say in the Class B Dunks are still not a normal thing for almost all teams in the state. So when a Kid can finish with a big dunk, It can change the game and if two kids throw them down... It changes the game. Coaches almost always call time out and the players walk back to the huddle with their heads down....

I would say Stanleys Wyatt Hanson is one of the all time Class B Dunk Masters

finished 7th than 8th at State...school made a big deal of it, I remember them talking how they changed rims and all, even the administration embraced the Dunking ability, that also is very rare...I also know many coaches that won't condone it
theres a time and place, but by no means does it win games at any level of Basketball
