Congrats on the coty and good luck at State. Alot of fair weather Tommie fans. Sometimes when you have a lot of talent makes it the toughest coaching jobs because of all the COACHES in the stands. Should be alot of crow eating in Thompson. Good for you Coach George.

Is this a thing? Honest question. I don't get in on the coaching gossip, and I'm surprised, as Brandy has always seemed knowledgable and very professional.

There have been some very critical posts on this forum over the past year or two about the coaching philosophy.

There were some anti-George posts on this board at one time.

Ah, missed those.

Must be the same group that think Thompson is south Grand Forks.

But they don't think Central Cass and Kindred are West West Fargo.

Or that Northern Cass is North Fargo.

I wonder where else we can play this game, or how long till some mod locks the topic.

Could get ugly.

Well those schools all have definite advantages their districts lines don’t run into Fargo. Thompson is more comparable to Nedrose or South Prarie.
It is a little harder to motivate kids I guess because they’ve been pampered so much. We’re in the trophy generation, give ‘em a trophy for 23rd place, make ‘em feel good. Make mom and dad feel good.” Tom Izzo, Michigan State Basketball

That's funny.

Don't look at the 20-year history.

Instead, look at the first trip ever.

Do you even think about the words?

I use the same logic you do. Whatever fits my personal agenda I use and if it doesn’t I act like it doesn’t exist.

Ignoring all of those facts must be exhausting.

I'm really interested in what it had after that.
