Hoopster?

Has anyone received their Hoopster yet? I know I am still waiting for mine.

Website says they were available on 11/01/17.

I emailed them and they said the hoopster should be out sometime this week

The first ten on the list I posted. The top 24 teams are listed in order, according to the hoopster.

so apparently the Hoopster has been sent out to some people at least. Anyone know of where I can pick it up in a store (GF, Fargo)

Got mine yesterday. First time ordering it. Boy sure disappointed with the mistakes with the write ups on some teams.

There are ALWAYS mistakes and typos...you get used to them ;)

Write ups might be done by the coaches. I've heard coaches say some of the stuff that gets put in the book was not said by them.

Coaches do the write ups, usually the first paragraph introducing the team is done by the hoopster staff. I've noticed a lot of mistakes with the pictures, some team pictures are in there twice.

I read through mine last night and the number of typos and other mistakes (pictures, etc...) seems to grow every year. They (and the coaches) are usually pretty accurate when predicting the winners of regions though. I really enjoyed Coach Vance's last comment on his last second shot play - "Hope the shot goes in". I have a copy of every Hoopster from the 1st year and they have made some nice additions to it over the years. Hopefully his kids keep this going for a long, long time.
