That Stanley four winds game will be interesting cause stanley has a kid that can matchup with McKay but I don't think they have anyone to matchup with redfox tho

interested in knowing who you're talking about? that hansen kid from stanley? have seen both teams play several times and yes, hansens a good player but not on the caliber of mcKay..I dont have a dog in the hunt so would like to know your reasons for comparing the two...

Yeah that Wyatt Hanson I think can match up well with McKay cause Hanson just as athletic McKay...McKay will still score but I think Hanson will give him some trouble

i would think stanley would put their best defensive player on McKay...there was this other kid, cant remember his name. Had good size, think he went about 6'3"/6'4", good build, not skinny...kinda looked like that ben something from our redeemers last year who wore a beard and 'afro' ...he might be able to deny McKay a few points...I'm a region 8 fan and if stanley hits on all cylinders and gets past 4W's, I think they stand a good chance of bringing it all home...

Four Winds over Fargo

Third round:
TLMM over Stanley

I know this has been discussed before but best reason why the games can't start at 2 pm and play
all four games? Instead of starting at 1 pm clearing the building after the second game and then coming back
before the 6:30. What does every one do for that hour? Beside leave the parking and return to find a new parking space then walk a half a mile back to the dome.

Its because of the news on ABC stations. Games come back on in prime-time after the news concludes at 6:30.

Whoever thinks Stanley has a chance vs four winds has lost their mind and hasn't watched many games! In fact Stanley will be playing for last place!

I love how you're 100% certain. You must have seen the other 7 teams in the tournament play an awful lot to guarantee Stanley will be playing for last place.

NO ONE this week will be playing for last place this week. These are the 8 Class B teams still playing in the State of North Dakota.

I would bet there are 99 other teams that wish they made the State B Tournament.

1) HCV
2) Oak Grove
3) FW
4) DT
5) Minot Ryan
6) Ellendale
7) Stanley
8 - TLMM

IMO FW/Oak Grove/HCV are the 3 best teams. I could see either of those 3 winning the tournament. Since I'm a region II guy I'll go with HCV. They've kept some teams in games that they probably shouldn't have so that's far from a slam dunk prediction though.

I bet your right, this passive aggressive nonsense about playing for last place is just ridiculous.

Stanley just had a tough draw in FWM, if they were to play number 2 or 3 they would probably have won.
But as is this is my thoughts on order

8: TLMM
7: Minot
6: Ellendale
5: Stanley
4: Dickinson
3: Fargo
2: HCV
1: FWM

I know HCV beat FWM during the season but I don't think the free throws will be 34 to 5 this time as someone started were the free throws in the first game. Giving up that many free throws will hurt any team.

stanleys got a decent team although berthold and parshall had their number this and last year...granted nobodys saying they'll win it all but you gotta remember, stanleys a fairly young team. the hansen kid (best player) is a junior this year i think and there are other underclassmen playing. stanley needs more then just one good player though to make any kind of noise at the tournament.and that i think is their achilles heel, neutralize hansen and games over...powers lake beat them but that was after the hansen kid suffered a concussion.....again....neutralize hansen and games over...

not so sure your prediction of evenly-called fouls will happen this year. look what happened last year during the championship game...by halftime, 3 of 4-Wind's starters had 4 fouls..luckily they had enough talent to play through those calls...
