This may be a dumb question, why don't Four Winds Minnewauken and St. John play during the regular season? Seems like both schools have had good teams in the past few years.

Not sure but in the days of District 3 & 4 before super regions there were teams that just never saw one another until regions.....I would say 90 miles apart played a factor at one time (now days thats nothing) and maybe it just never developed.......

With the schedule FWM plays, they probably have little room to schedule teams outside of Dist 7. In fact I can't think of one Dist 8 team they've played this year.

One of the more talented regions in the state - Top 2 ranked teams in Four Winds & St John.

Potential All-State Selections: 20+ ppg scorers in McKay, McGillis, Komrosky, Schaefer and Sand(Slowed down with calf injury, maybe not this year)

Not far behind: Loing, Granger, Prouty, Redfox(should be all-state for what he does for 4 winds), Black, Heisler.

Up & Comers having solid years: Delvo(LEM), Peltier & Gladue(Dunseith), Loe(DP), Nelson(BC).

Seniors athletes committed to college sport:
Komrosky NS: Jamestown-Basketball
Schaefer NR-S: Minot-Basketball
Granger HWC: NDSU-Track & Field
Schimke HWC: Valley City-Football
Brenno & McKnight NR-S: Valley City-Football
Soderholm NR-S: Valley City-Baseball
McKay 4 Winds: ?
Redfox 4 Winds: ?
Loing Rolla: ?
Cahill Rolla: ?
Heisler NS: ?
Lagasse NS: ?
Others: ???
