In the region 6 3rd place game Davis Koppinger from ORCS scored 37 points! It was a truly incredible game to watch. And they announced that he went over 1000 point mark too. If only he would've been playing like that all season!

In the Region 1 Championship Game there were TWO Milestones reached (one from each team).

Enderlin's Graham Hurlburt scored his 1,000th career point in the 2nd Half...Hurlburt will be a FORCE next year for Region 1 teams!! Hurlburt also had an amazing dunk late in the game for his final points of this season...1007 points and counting for next year.

Oak Grove's Christian Adams became Oak Grove's All-Time Leading Scorer with 1,347 career points (previous record was 1,330) with a basket late in the 1st Half.

I would say for sure All state players from region 7 would be Dan Prince of New England and Hayden Sadowsky of Hettinger-Scranton. Sadowsky has a strong case for First team.

Carr from Hazen could be included in this.

Over the last couple of years, Region 3 has not gotten a lot of representation (more than 1 player) on the Class B Boys All State teams. I think this year could be different with 2 players (Purintun and A. White) who in my opinion should be strong candidates and 3 or 4 players (Olson, B. Niewsma, Aburrea and Meehl) who should be in the discussion. Now, I don't see Region 3 getting more than 3, but there is definitely a deep crop of candidates this year.

I think Purintun & White HAVE to be on the list...if they aren't then its a shame

My thoughts for All-State (no teams just 14 players)
Carter Kretchman
Christian Adams
Carter Mauch
Brock Robbins
Jonathon Purintun
Adam White
Bryce Meehl
Christian Kvilvang
Trayvon McKay
Brad Heidlebaugh
Austin Lee
Hayden Sadowsky
Daniel Prince
Wyatt Carr

Other Possibilities
Graham Hurlburt
Anthony Olson
Brody Nieuwsma
Dalton Poitra
Kenneth Thunder Hawk
Peyton Gabrielson
Keegan Swanson
Davis Koppinger
Elijah Grady

Seems like a pretty good list. With LLM playing at state, I think you can almost be sure Olson will end up on the 2nd team.

If that's the case then that would fill out the 15 athletes to my list...I was unsure who to list as 15th player.

This would put 4 players in from Region 3, I'll take it!

Region 2, 5 & 8 are low on All-State caliber players IMO...so that frees up a few other spots.
