Who are some of next years potential All-Staters and All-Region players?

I will be happy to post in this topic after the 2013-2014 season is over.

I'll take a shot for Region 3 (in no particular order)

Purinton & Schneider - Linton-HMB
Nieuwsma - Strasburg-Zeeland
White & Vance - Ellendale
Pinke - South Border
Entzie - Edgeley-Kulm
Sand - Kidder County
Olson & Thielges - Lamoure

I may have inadvertently left some one out so if any of you have someone else from Region 3 feel free to add on.

Good list. A couple more teams in R3 next year, Oakes will have Meehl, the 2 Zetochas and a few others, Carrington will have Aburrea and I am not sure what Midkota Kensal will have. Also, I would add Stemen for LLM and Diede for MPB.

It's pretty crazy how many top players at this year's state tournament were underclassmen. Next year's state tournament could very well look pretty similar to the one this year. Flasher's probably the only team who won't be one of the favorites in the respective regions.

Sure wouldn't surprise me if Rugby and Oak Grove met again in next years championship! both return a lot! North Star for sure and Beulah could very well be back. Anyone know when the last time the same two teams met in the ship?

Randy Johnson retire or resign? Any idea on who is replacing him?

He resigned as basketball coach. as far as I know I believe he is still teaching and continuing athletic director duties. haven't heard anything yet on a replacement.

interesting decision was going to be needed after next year when Milnor & North Sargent co-op...maybe that just got easier?

now that I think about it I think I heard somewhere he had a connection to Hazen somehow. He would be an incredibly good candidate.

Ben's wife is from Hazen.
