Class B - 21 Questions

Has been slow on here so throwing this out there:
I am thinking about something related to Class B basketball. Anybody can ask a yes or no question trying to narrow it down and figure out what the answer is. It can be a team, coach, ref, player, announcer, etc., associated to Class B basketball. Whoever guesses the correct answer gets to decide next one. Write down the number before your question, so we can keep track. I will get it started with an easy one and also ask the first question with an answer. If the answer isn't figured out in 21 questions, it starts over with a new one.
1. Is it a person?
