meghan must have gotten a scholarship from und. she is pretty young to be verbally committing to a school before her junior year. anybody have any insight on this

I am sure they did...She was one of the top players in the state last year as a soph and had a great summer. She wanted to stay somewhat close to home and wants to go to med school. She thought that after her visit it was the perfect fit and loved what she saw so she decided to get the decision out of the way and take some pressure off.

Congrats to Roehrich and Buck!! UND had alot of ND players and will be fun to follow and watch. Has anyone heard where Burck is going?

Who has seen Burck play? She is 6' - does she play guard? Can she play that position in college?

Burck is a stud. 6' and extremely athletic. Plays point guard and off guard. I would say she is good at everything, but her defense is a notch above.

Agree. Burck is an outstanding recruit for UND. Having Burck and Buck, and eventually Roerich on the roster, will make UND fun to watch.

Thanks for the insight.
I am NOT wanting to get into any debate with SU fans but does anyone know if the Bison were recruiting either Roehrich or Burck?

They went after Roehrich hard but they wanted to move Burck to an off guard and lost interest after offering some other players in this class.

According to the Forum Burck was planning on walking on her freshman year, but a scholarship opened and UND gave it to Burck. Maybe you're not a signee if you're a walk on?
