Shanley was probably just resting up for DL tomorrow.

No, Shanley had miko and their guys...VC just shot the lights out and played good basketball for the first time in 18 games.  VC shot 12-12 from the line and well over 50% for the game.  Shanley got killed in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.   If VC brings that effort every night, they might have a shot at gettin into the regional yet.

 Good job VC!

We all know that winning isn't everything.  But losing all the time really not cool.

Not only did they win, it was a blow out.  70-40

If you look at the scores they are not a horrible team, they just haven't gotten any breaks this year.  It's nice to see them get the win.

I think it is safe to say Shanley has derailed.  I doubt their ability to beat Jamestown in a play-in game, too.

I agree, I didn't even really know he was that good in the first place.  I was at the game, and the only reason I knew who he was was due to the fact that I believe his sister played for UND.  Shanley was outplayed, and dare I say outcoached.  It didn't seem like Shanley really did anything to adjust.  It's tough to imagine that the same team I saw get beat by 30 at home to 1-17 VC on their senior night almost beat DL at home just over a month ago.

Shanley's coach said that they havn't played good since they last played DL at home.

by the way it was a DL sweep over Shanley today in C JV and Varsity.

It seemed like Shanley still had last night on their mind because they played a horrible game. They couldn't make anything, including about 5 or 6 layups and very easy inside shots, and seemed to frustrated to have their head in the game.

Not only did they look bad with their apperance, they also looked bad with their behavior, getting two technical fouls, one for yelling at the refs and one for punching, in the C Squad game. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Shanley not only a Fargo school, who seem to have sportsmanship troubles, but also a catholic school. I don't think they were doing what you know who would have done.
