Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he tore his Achilles.

He’s been out for awhile…Davies has been playing well without him but today his floor leadership was definitely missed

Saw he dressed tonight but thought I had heard it was a meniscus injury. Looked like he was wearing a knee brace of sorts.

I could easily be wrong. Someone told me he was out and they didn't seem sure about the injury, but that's what I was told.

What type of offers does J. Sem have? He was so fun to watch. I imagine Ware is Century's best perimeter defender and when he tried to pick up Sem at half-court Sem blew by him so easily multiple times.

As someone not from the Valley region it was fun to watch the Sem brothers play this weekend!

Great tournament. The SHAC is a great place for this tournament, the atmosphere was tremendous and there was still room for more people. Seeing the NDHSAA figure out that these tournaments need to be in a basketball arena is great. Noone wants to watch basketball games in the Alerus Center and FargoDome.

With the SHAC able to host 2 Class A Championship games in the same night, is there any reason to think they wouldn't be able to host the middle class tourney next year? Seems like it would be a much better option than the Fargo Dome.

The SHAC is 100% the venue that should be used, IMO.

Almost anywhere is better than the Fargo Dome for basketball.

The new class A boys tournament will not be in the FargoDome. They only use it for the current class A because of the Super tournament format and needing 2 courts. I would guess the new class A will rotate between Bismarck Civic Center and the SHAC. Class A with be at one location and Class AA will be at the other. That way each city will get one of those tournaments every year.

The bismarck event center is hands down the best venue to watch basketball by far.

It is good, but not as good as The Betty or The SHAC. It would not bother me to see all state tournaments played in Bismarck, but I think we all know that will never happen. Minot remodel makes that a great venue as well. Still think The Betty and The SHAC are the best.

I haven't been to the Event Center in a long time, but one thing I don't like is how far the student sections are from the floor.
