Does anyone here actually watch movies? Or do you all just respond to the trailers you see on tv.

-The Departed

Easily deserves a mention.

its with Sandler and Kevin James and they get married so they can get money or something like that, and Sandler falls in love with a girl and has to impress her and still act gay, and so on and so forth. doesnt look very good, looks kinda cheesy.

I know it's an older movie but "Forrest Gump" has to be one of the best movies around. It's a classic.

Sportsarelife, you are absolutely correct! Forrest Gump is my all time favorite move.

Here's my list:

Best movie ever: Forrest Gump

War: The Patriot

Now by Genre:

Comedy: Blazing Saddles

Teen-College: Fast Times at Ridgemont High

Horror: Amityville Horror, or the Shining

Chick Flick: (all girls talk about it, never seen it) Walk to Remember

Family: Neverending Story

Gore: Texas Chainsaw Massace: The beginning

Drama/Suspense: Blow (I think this is the right area for this)

Space/Future: Return of the Jedi

Animation: South Park- Bigger Longer and Uncut

Sports: The Sandlot

RANDOM GENRE: Cool Hand Luke

Best movie ever: A Clockwork Orange

War: Jacob's Ladder or maybe Tigerland. I waffle on both of these.

Comedy: Piranha

Teen-College: All the Right Moves

Horror: Jaws

Chick Flick: Ten Things I Hate About You

Family: Shrek

Gore: Cabin Fever

Drama/Suspense: The Deer Hunter

Space/Future: This is the reason I quoted your picks. JEDI??? Seriously??? Empire was 50 times better.

Animation: Don't know the name of it, but it was that five-part GI: Joe series with the spores that turned Cobra Commander into a snake...that was friggin cool.

Sports: Youngblood

Random Genre: The Big Lebowski, though part of me wants to agree on Cool Hand Luke. Must respect for that pick. Great flick.

i think in random genre you put Pulp Fiction, which is just a great movie. and has anyone seen Grindhouse, its like two mini movies combined into one, looks great. and what genre does that go into.
