I was looking at some past results.

Am I the only one who notices that the state has gotten massively stronger since 2004?

well some things to think about are...

[*] Yesterday's course was a little short according to us when we marked it out with our wheel.
[*] Also yesterday's weather was 10 times better than 2004's weather.

I will agree with you to some extent...but you would have had to been around back then to really compare the two state races

plus the teams were two different years it doesnt matter if one was faster than the other, the people who ran in 2004 are gone and graduated.
