Brownotter from Bismarck is pretty good and he just beat him on Friday...plus I would have to say Gehrig and Uetz (didn't run on Friday in J'town) are also good enough to run with him and maybe beat him.

I will say that Kelly has a shot at winning State this year...but it won't come easy!

I disagree, Brett Kelly is a very good runner, but I think B-Otter is better. I don't know why they don't just call Cross Country this year "Brett Kelly vs Christian Brownotter".

Manyribs has definitely ran well enough to dispell that claim.

Sure Bismarck will win, but can you tell me why Gehrig (WF) isn't included in this list?

Gehrig should definatley be on that list... But also brett kelly is my pick to win this year his times always rapidly improve once his soccer seasons over.

Questioning Brett Kelly has never been a wise decision. He indeed will rapidly improve to new times. The BHS runners have become a little to comfortable thinking they will pull of a win. Their demise is coming...

So Bismarck is headed for destruction, huh? Probably Portland first....we'lll see what they got this weekend at the Griak. This years team doesn't quite have the Joash/Devin punch at the 1-2 spots but, Christian and Ian are pretty darn good.( I would not be surprised to see CBO and Ian top 10 this weekend) Barnes and Hintz are improved (so is Lucas degree) and the young guys are the biggst surprise. Bismarcks 2nd 5 would probably place in the top 3 teams. Don't count on a collapse next year.

Brett kelly will finish strong but right now he's an OHHHHHHfer against Christian....right now Christian's biggest threat is his own teammate...Ian.

What is Bismarck's biggest secret? THE SYSTEM....they flat train harder than anyone else. Also, I look for more transfers to BHS due to the succes of the program.

Please don't get me started on transfers, please refer the to pre-season ranking forum that almost got blocked because we went down that path.

Way to ruin it for all the other Bismarck people on here who argued against the "transfers"...that's all I'll say!

Brett Kelly will win the state championship. He will not be contained by Bismarck High runners and many will be satisfied as he crosses the finish line, first. Fear Brett's wrath.
