my foot is 100%, but i got a viral infection in my throat and have hardly ran for 2 weeks, im hoping to compete at new salem. I need to race myself back into shape in order to save my season before state.

bowman didnt do to good this year now did they?

2nd in girls and 5th in boys...so not great by bowmans standards...but I wouldn't say bad either...

So which East and West teams are going to be good next year? Also who is going to all climb into that top 10 weekly poll?
