Minot did a great job hosting this years State Meet! I felt the course was laid out great for athletes and spectators alike. As a spectator you could see a good amount of the race from a couple spots, and if you were willing to run a bit you could catch even more. I was unable to attend the Minot Invite, so this meet was the first time I have seen the Minot course without "the hill". I was dissappointed that it wasn't included in this race, it really adds excitement to the course, but hey, I am a spectator and I would think differently if I was running :)

Bismarck Centry boys ran a well planned tactical race and it paid off! The battle between Korsmo and Yoder continues and it will be interesting to see what '20 has in store between those two.

West Fargo girls showed up big. I really thought there was going to be a much closer battle between WF and Minot but that didn't end up being the case.

Megan Ford continues to improve, it will be exciting to see what she does in track, or perhaps Nike if she runs there. And how about the tie for fourth place?! Down to the hundreths place, I don't believe I have seen that before in CC.

Another great year in the books.

class b boys will be fun next year. I think 7 of the top 20 graduate. We could have a new team champ next year. Bowman will be strong, GCC has entire team back, Kindred is up and coming, Does H/CV have enough? Should be a battle
