Who will be the top dogs in region 4? District 7? District 8?

In District 7 you would have to look at Harvey and Carrington being the top teams, in District 8 Langdon, Rolla-Rock Lake and North Star should all be competitive. As far as the region goes I would have to say Langdon again should be in the championship game. They return five contributors from their state championship team of last year. They are young but Mackenzie Hart is probably already one of the top players in the state and she is only a sophomore. Rolla- Rock Lake is senior dominated and should push them and Harvey is loaded with talent.
