Early State Tourney Takeaways

Let me preface by saying that this is not the Dome's fault, the staff's fault, or the city's fault.

Now that that's out of the way.

This is a joke. They only presented the colors for the national anthem in the night session on one floor, the B floor. No way for A spectators to even see the flag or the ROTC group.

There is absolutely no one here. No one. This facility is simply not the right facility for this tournament.

We need to find a way to get out of the one-floor thing now. This is no longer acceptable.

Also, you have to blow the whistle for contact once in a while. Lots of pushing on the A floor.

They literally interrupted the fourth set of the A match for a school song on the B floor. Killed Bismarck's momentum. Absolute gong show.

This is an absolute GONG SHOW. Two school songs in the middle of the fourth set of the A match. The NDHSAA should absolutely be ashamed of itself. The A schools need their own venue and their own tournament.

Second straight day for the anthem to be a "B" show only. Colors on one floor. Nice.
