Valley City has not won a duel this year or last year.
The football team did not win a game this year
The boys basketball team has won two games in three years none this year and most likely will not win a game this year since they have already been through the easy part of their schedule.
The girls basketball team won for the first time in 26 tries, beating Oriska this year.
Athletics are in a sorry state of affairs in that town.
