Well their were some people who wanted to do a all tournament voting thing on here so if ya wanna vote just send me (ndfan) an instant message with the 9 guys you think should be on the all tournament team. It can be any 9 guys it wont go by position so ya can have 3 shortstops if it comes to it. Pretty much the top 9 guys at the tournament and pick a MVP too. Will see how it works out all give the voting tell next tuesday. Nobody who signed up as of yesterday june 5th vote will not count.

If anybody wants to put tournament numbers up here that would be great for other people

ALSO I DO KNOW WHO HAS MULTIPLE USER NAMES ON THIS SITE AND I WILL ONLY TAKE ONE FROM THAT PERSON SO DON'T TRY USING THREE USER NAMES TO VOTE FOR THE SAME PEOPLE.

I think that the centerfielder from Steele should get all tournament team for taking a whizz in centerfield during a pitching change....  IN THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!   that is ridiculous

yes, i heard it from the news guy from kfyr... they caught it on film.... who would do that in a huge game like that(stands probably packed), or in any game for that matter

no, nothing that kid did is heroic. you do not take a wizz on the playing field during the middle of a game, nonetheless as big of game as the state championship. Those stands were packed and it was the biggest game of the year and doing something like that is the most unclass thing ive ever heard of in baseball.

I never saw that happen,  what  inning did he do it in?  Did he just do it  right there in the middle of centerfield or did he go over by the warning track?

lol no it did'nt happen... im a player on the team and we went up to kfyr to watch it and conrad (the centerfielder) was up with us... it appears that he is doing it but there is no stream... and he is very religious and he was praying so... dont punish him for somethin he did not do

Well, I dont think he deserves all tournament team , but Brooks Backes who still has 2 yrs left pitched a good game against Rolette-Rolla, 13 K's the most in the tournament by any pitcher, struck out the last 4 outs , which were there 1 thru 4 batters. He thru 140 pitches and his hardest ones were the last 2 strikeout pitches.

what did he do at the plate?

13 k's is pretty good but Rollette defenitely wasn't a great hitting team by any means. Backes was like 1-7 at the plate for the tourney.

i think to be on the all tourney team you gotta do well at the plate and in the field.

I talked with the center fielder from Steele-Dawson after the championship game in jamestwon and he was not peeing on the fence he is a very religious kid and he told me that if the pitchers werent gonna throw strikes he needed to get god on his side so he said he went out to the warning track and prayed and it must of worked for him because steele came out on top

Well here's what the people who voted thought. Only have 8 because their were few names that had same amount of votes so just 8 make this team. All just go from who got most votes to least.

Zack Schaffer (Langdon)
Jordan Grover (Midkota)
Jordan Huettl (Bishop Ryan)
Jacob Wurts (Thompson)
Tom Weidler (Velva)
Tanner Adam (Langdon)
Steve Berreth (Steele Dawson)

Bakkum unanimous MVP

Jason Schwabe (Langdon) tournament coach
