yea good job. it has been done before but find me a line score saying it.....a WP is not an error, a dropped fly ball is an error. if you show me the line score sayin steele had 5 errors good job.

Carrington had more earned runs than that with ease unless your counting every stolen base an error and unearned run because they never threw them out. That'd be about the only way.

them guys who stole the bases were unearned if they reach on an error. Carringtons only earned runs were the 1 in the first inning and Snow when he hit the home run the guy on base was unearned (reached on error).

Every time Glennon got on and stole a base, yes the throw wasn't that great but he beat it and was safe with a good throw. The kid is fast but it's all up to the disgression of the book keeper. All you can do is wait until the next meeting.

just because the guy can run doesnt make his run earned.

Glennen got a hit everytime so if he scores that is a earned run, even if he does steal a base with a bad throw.....nonetheless its still an earned run.

True...unless the inning continued when it should have already been over, due to errors.  Then the run is unearned.
no that never happened

WHO CARES!!!! I'm from steele and i wasnt at the game but it doesnt matter due to basketball but carrington won either way... steele didn't have all their guys and even if they did they probably still would have lost... but it doesnt matter who cares if steele had the worst game and carrington had there best carrington won steele lost... later in the year will prove who is the best team....

the jamestown blues swept a pair from the mandan a's.

in the first game, nick walden got to second on an error in the outfield, stole third and scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the eighth for the 6-5 victory.

in the late game two jamestown pitchers combined for the shutout as jamestown won 7-0.

it is the first sweep of the season for the blues (4-8 overall, 0-4 section 7) and the first sweep since former jamestown college player kyle anderson became a coach (this is his second season).

congrats kyle.

5-4 in the section....we've lost 3 games we should have won....lots of errors or we just didnt have any players.....9-15 overal, which is pretty bad, but we just screw around and have fun in 2nd games so thats where alot of those loses come from....lately our hitting has been great...in the velva tourney we scored 10+ runs in each game xpt against velva....we killed the section favorite cooperstown 15-4 yesterday...we are getting really hot at the right time like we did last year

dickinson gained a game on beulah last night with a sweep in hettinger. they have to win out playing beulah, hazen, killdeer, and mandan (all at home) to take the #2 spot in the section.

It's a round ball and a round bat, and you got to hit it square.

What about Fergus Falls, assuming a pretty decent team there too.
