Does anyone know of any standout players in Class B Baseball.  I would like to hear some names.  And stats if at all possible.

harvey has 2 possible allstate players with kevin buxa and myself, we both throw 85+ mph and have good offspeed pitches, kevin buxa(senior) was hurt most of last year and myself (junior) was 12-2 with a 1.93 era averging 15 ks per 7 innings

Yeah but your also class B, and also, who puts their own name in when naming the best players? Just for that, I hope your ERA  is over 10.00

I'm just saying, dont brag up your stats when your playing against kids in wheelchairs. Be modest.

It's obvious that the class B guys aren't going to get much respect from the class A guys.  Let's use this topic to discuss the class B players.   And modesty is always a good thing amoung athletes.

Out of a whole bunch of posts only three names where said and one of them was somebody naming himself.  I have an idea you kids should have a stuff contest and call it even.  As for the 85+ mile per hour pitchers I think you kids have been listening to you grandpa a little too much while he talks about the fish he has caught over the years.  Anyway let your play do the talking, and let old men talk about how good you are or arnt.

I hit off Lorenz this summer in legion, Lorenz does throw hard and it is straight as an arrow very flat.  And for his curveball, it had spin but no movement.  It also helps if you can hit the ball to be an allstater, Lorenz was a 7-8 hitter who coudlnt touch anything middle of the plate out.

I HIGHLY doubt either one of those pitchers throws even close to 85. I'd say a max of 77-78 at the highest. They are decent pitchers, but as i recall at state legion last year, against Velva Lorenz didn't record and out and gave up close to 10 runs. Not too solid if you ask me.

Haha that reminds me of the part in Anchorman... "60% of the time, it works everytime."

Guys I'm going to lock this topic to get off the subject of Tanner.  We can start a new topic relating to class b all-state baseball but we need to redirect it back to the topic thanks.
