Does any Class B school have a turf field besides Shiloh and Central Cass? It is going to be a tough spring for teams south of I-94 with all the snow covering these diamonds and turf will be playable long before grass.

Central Cass doesn't have a turf baseball field. They have turf for football and softball, but they might be looking at turf for the baseball field in the next few years.

I think Park River.

Central Cass' athletic booster club is raising money to put turf on their baseball field.

Drove by Cummings field after work. Waist deep snow on the whole field and 20+ft snow piles in the parking lot. Season opener scheduled for April 4th. Don't see that happening. Probably going to be a lot of 3 or 4 game weeks.

Park River has a turf infield. Real grass outfield.

**unless that's changed in the last couple years

I have heard of a number of fields people snow blown off but I have a feeling after this... It will be at least 2 plus weeks and any fields in the East will be under water for most of April.... So maybe Shiloh will host games for the whole state....

Mayville State is playing Dickinson State in Watford City today so their field must be playable.

I saw Minot High had a game yesterday. Corbett Field could maybe be an option for some of the class B schools around that area.

The western half of the state is starting to host games. Might still be awhile on the eastern half...but the snow pack is dwindling. A storm this weekend might dampen the mood a bit but more warmth on the way...hopefully we see the whole state in action within the next two weeks (!!)

Jamestown and Bismarck High played on Shiloh's field yesterday too.
