My thoughts are:
1. Watford City- solid team will be playing much better competition than in hs
2. Beulah- solid young team 2 college guys back who will help
3. Washburn- different team than hs, 4 starters coming back not on hs team
4. Velva- solid team can't give them extra outs, play small ball well
5. Makoti- young team maybe a year away
6. Bottineau- down some from recent years past

Washburn could be #4, I do think there will be a separation between the top 4 and bottom 2. Time will tell lets play!

That's false. They threw out that proposal when they realigned North Dakota into three classes.

So this is for sure? And even if they still couldn't come back, I'm pretty sure that rule goes into effect next year anyways.

The rule was defeated, 19 yr olds will be able to continue to play. It has nothing to do with the 3 class system, the new rule which was to go into effect next summer is off the table nationally. I got this information from the North Dakota Legion rep to the national meetings.

From my understanding Beulah split with Velva. With Velva winning the counter.

Washburn beat Beulah both games on Tuesday. I don't know if they were both counters though.

Going to be interesting. Botno beat Velva, Velva has beat Beulah and Watford, looks to be up in the air.
