Anyone have any tournament information for the coming up District Tournaments?
I know Casselton beat Kindred in their league tournament with both of them advancing to the District Tournament in Hankinson this weekend.

I think I heard that Hatton won their district, Grafton won theirs, and Velva maybe won theirs? Not sure on this.

Beulah won their district. Ended Hazen's 4 year run of making the state babe Ruth tournament out of that district.

Minot paper said that Velva beat Surrey 15-2

District 6: Oakes (18-0) defeated Valley City 1-0

State pairings look like this. Tournament starts Aug. 3 in Casselton.

District 7 champ vs. Carrington
Grafton vs. Beulah
Hatton vs. Oakes
Velva vs. Casselton

Just wondering, If Casselton was to win District 7 would they still play Velva and the runner up play Carrington or would Casselton play Carrington and the district 7 runner up play Velva? I am guessing that no matter what they have to play in the host team spot of the bracket?

If Casselton were to win District 7...they would still play Velva. (Host team is set to face Velva)
The runner-up would take the spot versus Carrington.
