Ya it does, and they got a small fraction of them that one night that it was blowing that way, where they suppose to call the game off because of the wind it was too easy to hit hrs?

Elgie got his four in a night during that night and everyone is making a big deal about that! but when its williston receiving the credit there is always something that is to blame!

If hitting 4 HRs in a night isnt that great just because the wind is blowing out.....why didnt anyone else do it?

that is good and leer got 3 that night, but what i was saying is that Ming makes is sound like willistons 27 aint much because they had a wind blowing to left ONE night, then at the same time he is probably one of those saying how good elgie is because he hit 4, they are all good hrs and im sure other teams have got a few when they have happened to have a little wind help. BIG DEAL!

I don't think Ming was trying to take any credit away from Williston's HR total.  I believe he is just trying to say that unlike most ballparks where the wind is blowing in, it always seems that up in Williston it is blowing out and not just on that one night.  Williston does a great job of taking advantage of that factor.

Last Monday LaMoure-L-M hit a total of 6 homeruns against Enderlin.  Derek Willey hit 3 and came close to 4, when he hit the wall in left center.  In the past 3 games LaMoure-L-M has had a total of 43 runs.  They put up 7 against Northern Cass, 20 against Kindred, and 16 against Enderlin.  This team is playing some good baseball of late, and are looking good heading into the Region tourney.

What about Washburn's Darin Rasmussen. The team has I think 13 or 14 homeruns on the season led by Darin (i believe it is 7 homeruns) who was named the Region 8 Athlete of the Year.

For MayPort CG, Chad Rakowski (7) and David Fyre (5) hit all 12 homers for the team.  Fyre was named Region 2's top senior athlete.

Who leads the state in homeruns individually?
