Grand Forks is off to good start at 5-0, averaging 11 runs a game, 2-0 in League.  They play WF in a make up game on Tuesday on way to Omaha.

How is everyone else doing in the East so far?

Speaking of Omaha, I know West Fargo goes down. I'm pretty sure Post 2 does too. But do any other legion programs around the state go down there.

Minot is there right now.  They lost to Omaha Creighton Prep 10-2, beat another Omaha team, and also defeated some other Nebraska team.  Bismarck also goes down to Omaha and plays in a tourney I believe starting on Wed.

Ben Sand threw a 5 inning no hitter up at Omaha for Fargo.

Best pitching anyone on the team had ever seen. With the exception of the first team, all of them had at least 2 guys that threw upper 80's maybe one at 90. RIDICULOUS.

True. I think if we had the ability to throw outside year round there would be more of those guys in ND. Those teams' hitting on the other hand was nothing special. Definitely not any better than Minot or Williston.

GF got 23 runs in the 5 games, scoring 2 or more in every game.  Best pitched game they were in came from Kreis with  his one hitter vs. Rock Canyon.  Potter didn't pitch in Omaha.

west fargo faced a team from tuscaloosa, alabama that was pretty dang good.  They have a bunch of kids who threw hard, could hit the snot out of the ball, and  had Mr. Baseball in Alabama who in high school hit .480 with 17 bombs and throws low 90's.

A perfect game with all Ks sounds a little steep.
