Best Pitchers in the state

Who are the most dominant pitchers in the state this spring. I know there have been a lot of good performances early on, but who are the most feared pitchers right now? Here's a list to start:

Dalton Feeney, Century
Alex Horner, Century
Conor Taney, Minot
Jordan Mann, Bismarck

Don't know the east as well.

Nobody in the state is in Feeney's league - but these are a couple from the East that are fun to watch:

WF Sheyenne -
Michael Glanville (Sr.) has pretty good stuff. He loves the game of baseball and had 13 K's in his last outing. He'll definitely be playing college baseball somewhere and is one of the better overall players in the state.

WF Packers -
Hunter Ulmer (Sr.) is a pretty good pitcher. Great control, not a lot of K's but he gets the job done. Has an unbelievable mitt at 1st base when he's not on the mound.
Drake Fleische (Jr.) is also one to watch. Both these two are bulldogs on the mound.

GFRR -
Baden Ripplinger is one of the hardest throwers in the state. Guessing that he's in the upper 80's.
